Customer Service Central & Eastern Europe is one of the most dynamic teams in the Organization. On a daily basis we support Customers and Business Partners from Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia plus many Internatinal Partners from Western Europe. Our profesional and wide konladge in the scope of cashless industry allow us to support our Customers' in variety of thier needs to ensure them best customer experience and build strong relationship. The Team continuisly cooperate witch a number of units and stakholders within Worldline while resolving Customers request and finalizing internal projects. We are looking for active and open mind people who are whishing to work in an internatinal envierment,
self-development oriented, well organized and not afraid of takieng challenges.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You provide telephone and email support for customer in regards of financial queries
  • You independently process of all kind of requests from our customers, partners and third parties
  • You update Customer's financial critical data to reflect contract changes, including activating new services and products
  • You actively support operational implementation of new products and services
  • You actively participate and cooperate in projects


Who Are We Looking For

  • You have good verbal and written business communication skills in English and Polish
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills
  • You've got substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • You have analytical and troubleshooting skill
